In an effort to assist you in the Remote Learning process, we are sending you a checklist that will help establish the learning occurring at home during virtual school days. The checklist should be discussed with your children/students to ensure they follow the daily procedures and schedules. Per Governor De Santis: All Florida schools are to remained closed until April 15th, 2020, at which time a decision to reopen will be evaluated. Remote Learning Assignments
Bulldog Parents and Families, BridgePrep Academy staff is working diligently towards a cohesive transition to online learning at this time. Our plan is for students to communicate with teachers online and through our school website (www.bridgeprepsouth.com). See attached Framework for those details. Currently students, teachers, and families are all doing well and are healthy. We are closely monitoring the COVID-19, commonly known as coronavirus, and paying attention to information from the Florida Department of Health and the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC). BridgePrep Academy has been taking the following measures: Extra cleaning at high frequency contact areas during various times throughout the day Adequately stocking hygiene supplies Counselors available to students with anxiety about corona virus This is an ever-changing situation. We will work closely together to provide you with updates on the information as it comes available to us. We will formulate a plan of action that will ensure safety, on-going education/teaching to all students in our schools or remotely. Please be sure to complete the survey sent from the school earlier today. This survey will inform us of the technology our students have access to use. If you have not had a chance to complete it, please click the button below. Education is key! Our students education cannot stop in the case of extended time out of the school buildings. Students will still receive educational opportunities following protocol from Florida Department of Health and Florida Department of Education by providing a technology remote access to learning via our school website and the technology programs students have been using daily. Please check our school website and ClassDojo for any new curriculum information and assignments. As always, BridgePrep Academy South is here to serve you and your families. School Closure
