Literacy Color Walk
Get ready for our Literacy Color Walk.
This is going to be a fantastic event that promotes health, fitness, literacy, and fun!

Get ready for our Literacy Color Walk.
When is it?: This event will take place at the main campus on FRIDAY, OCT. 2nd and at satellite on THURSDAY, OCT. 8th.
What is it?: Students will be walking a mile around the field and getting covered in different colors at various "checkpoints" on the course. The funds raised will go towards investing in school literacy improvements.
Cost: It is $10 to participate. Any student who raises $25 or more will get a Color Walk t-shirt. The top 3 students who raise the most money will be rewarded with gift cards! Students can record the donations they collect from family and friends on the donation sheet included in the file.
Donations: The school is asking that different grade levels donate items to be sold that day. Please bring in any donations to your child's homeroom teacher with the receipt with your child's name on it so you can get PAVE hours.
Volunteers: If you are interested in volunteering that day, fill out the volunteer form in the packet and return ASAP. PAVE hours can be given.
Permission Slip: All students must submit a permission slip that is signed and designates YES or NO as to their participation in the event.
All forms and money must be turned in by FRIDAY, SEPT. 24th!
